Refund Policy

Please make note of the final cut off dates listed below for refunds. Berkeley Lacrosse Club will not refund any registration fees after the cutoff date listed. Refund requests due to illness or injury will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

No refunds are given for Fall Ball.  However, players are permitted to attend the first day before registering to make sure it is a good fit.  Please note that we are subject to field closures due to rain.  No make up days.

 

Summer Camp refunds are available for the full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee if received more than one week before the first day of camp.

 

Spring Refund Schedule

  • 50% refund minus $25 (processing fee) if requested by 2/14/18
  • 25% refund minus $25 (processing fee) if requested by 2/28/18
  • No refund will be issued if requested after 3/1/18, or following first game, whichever occurs first.
US Lacrosse membership is nonrefundable.
Equipment rental fees are nonrefundable.
Uniform costs are refundable only if in like-new condition.
