Berkeley Lacrosse Club is a volunteer-run, non-profit youth sports club based in Berkeley, CA, though our players come from all over the East Bay. We have a unique gear rental program and a generous scholarship program designed to make sure ALL kids have the chance to play lacrosse.

Learn the fundamentals of lacrosse and what it means to work together as part of a team all while having fun.

Teams practice from 1-3 days per week depending on the age division. Practice times typically run from 4:00-5:30 and 5:30-7:00 pm at Tom Bates Fields.  

Games occur almost every weekend once they begin in March until the second week of May. Tournament play may extend the season by 1 to 2 weeks.  Game schedules will be posted as soon as available, but are not expected prior to February 1.

COST: $370 to $725 depending on age; scholarships available

New to lacrosse? Join us on the field for one of our Winter Bring-a-Friend TRY LACROSSE sessions. You'll get a chance to learn some basic skills like scooping, cradling, shooting, and more! 

Don't have equipment? No worries. We provide the sticks and the balls.

Our Bring-a-Friend TRY LACROSSE session will be held at the north field at Tom Bates Regional Sports Complex (400 Gilman Street).
